I would choose a Mac over a PC. There is no specific reason other than I have grown acustomed to using it. My parents had one and now so do I. In my opinion its design is nicer than that of the PC too.
Personally, I prefer a PC over a Mac anyday. I do like Mac's though. It's so interesting how people will almost always choose a type or a brand of something that they grew up using. I know very few people that grew up with Mac's and switched to PC's, or vice versa. I feel that both do a good job and are very suitable for different people.
